At Alcorn St Vet Clinic in Bowral, we always put the health, comfort and well-being of the pets in our care first. Dr. Michael Callaghan and Dr. Linda Corney—our senior veterinarians and clinic owners-lead the team in providing surgery, dentistry, general checkups, vaccinations and more. Dr Michael Callaghan - Veterinarian

Dr Michael Callaghan graduated with a Bachelor of Veterinary Science (First Class Honours) from Sydney University in 1988. He has also completed a Diploma of Veterinary Clinical Studies at Sydney University.

Michael worked in a large rural animal veterinary practice in Walcha for eight years, eventually buying the business. He also worked in Tasmania for a year before moving to the Highlands, where he has worked as a vet since 1997.

Michael bought Alcorn St Vet Clinic in 2003. He has been managing the practice ever since, supporting the staff and helping local pets thrive.

Dr Linda Corney - Veterinarian

After graduating from Sydney University in 1986, Linda worked at Rossmore Vets for seven years and Bowral Vets for 10 years.

In 2004, Linda partnered with Michael at Alcorn St Vet Clinic. Linda has a passion for greyhound health, having been a track veterinarian at Moss Vale, Bulli, Dapto and Wentworth Park over a 25-year period.
